Huge Frontside 50

Virginia Kid, 2006
Huge, confident frontside 50 all the way across the four-foot mini at The Ice Palace.

I had a blast skating with this kid, a 14-year-old from near Arlington, Virginia. He said he normally skated a large bowl at his local park, and he had the chops to back it up. He made a meal of the mini ramps, and didn’t stop until he locked up on the six-foot mini and landed face first in the flat. It was really great skating a ramp with a younger kid – he’s the first in recent memory that could put together a great line.
